Job Description

Marketing Collateral Design

• Design marketing and sales materials, including key visual adaptations, social media creatives, digital banners, landing page visuals, email banners, brochures, leaflets, company profiles, sales decks, posters, standees, backdrops, POSM materials, signage, invitation cards, and internal communication assets.
• Develop layouts for sales launch materials, events, agency meetings, sales galleries, roadshows, and seminars.
• Organize and format documents with clear information hierarchy to improve readability and effectively support sales activities.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all designs comply with HPLG's Brand Guidelines as well as each project's visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Lead to develop visual directions for campaigns and different communication phases.
• Review typography, color palettes, layouts, proportions, imagery, icons, infographics, and artwork specifications to ensure consistent quality.

Production & Delivery

• Prepare print-ready artwork and final production files in accordance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with printing vendors, production partners, and agencies to review colors, dimensions, materials, and mockups before production.
• Revise design materials based on feedback from internal stakeholders, developers, or sales agencies within the approved project scope.
• Maintain organized source files to ensure easy access, future updates, and asset reusability.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday Afternoon & Sunday: Off

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in 2D graphic design; experience in the real estate industry, marketing agencies, or in-house brand teams is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Figma is an advantage.
• Strong layout composition skills, modern design aesthetics, and solid typography expertise.
• Ability to create high-quality infographics, sales materials, and practical POSM assets.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
